QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

MEKE Group is operating in Marpol and environmental response industry since 1977 by delivering services and products such as spill response equipment, work boats, and marine equipment worldwide to clean our seas, rivers, factories, or construction sites. There, Meke Inc. is particularly focused on the service business including but not limited to emergency response planning, spill spread assessment, and spill response by its own fleet. Meke Inc. is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and collaborative Geographic Information Systems Engineer, who will be responsible for the development and implementation of our Geographic Information Systems (GIS) at our headquarters located in Istanbul.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree from related engineering faculties, preferably in Geomatics Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Min. 5 years of hands-on work experience in GIS with a focus on programming languages such as C# or Python for map services
• Analytical thinking, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a high level of responsibility
• No military obligations for male candidates
• Capable to exploit tools such as MapInfo – MapBasic, ESRI and Geoserver
• Open to residing in Istanbul and traveling to other locations for coordination
• Having experience in project management for GIS is a plus

• Üniversitelerin Kimya Mühendisliği bölümünden mezun,
• Operasyon, saha ve dokümantasyon alanlarında en az 3 yıl deneyimli,
• Tercihan, kimyasal madde döküntüleri konusunda operasyon ve saha tecrübesi bulunan,
• Ulusal mevzuatlara hakim,
• MS Office programlarına hâkim,
• İyi düzeyde İngilizce bilgisine sahip,

GENEL NİTELİKLER

• Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden ön lisans veya lisans mezunu,
• Muhasebe alanında en az 3 yıl deneyimli,
• Muhasebe (Logo Tiger) ve MS Office paket programlarını aktif kullanabilen,
• VUK mevzuatı ve muhasebe genel sistemi tebliğleri, Tek düzen hesap planına hakim,
• İş takip yeteneği güçlü, takım çalışmasına yatkın, detaycı, sorumluluk almakta çekinmeyen, kendini geliştirmeye istekli, proaktif çalışma prensibini ilke edinmiş,
• Esnek çalışma saatlerine uyumlu

İŞ TANIMI

• Günlük Muhasebe kayıtlarının tek düzen hesap planına uygun olarak sisteme girilmesini sağlamak,
• Satış faturalarının düzenlenmesi, muhasebe kayıtlarının yapılması, kontrollerinin yapılması ve satış/maliyet raporlarının hazırlanması,
• Personel masrafları, gider faturalarının kontrolünü ve muhasebeleştirmesini yapmak,
• Sabit kıymet kayıtları, envanter takibi, amortisman uygulamaları, kur değerleme işlemlerinin ve muhasebeleştirilmesi,
• Borç/Alacak yaşlandırma raporlarının hazırlanması,
• Cari hesap mutabakatlarının yapılmasını sağlamak,
• Yasal beyanname ve beyanname kontrol raporlarının hazırlanması (KDV, Muhtasar, Damga, Vergisi vs.)
• İthaalat-İhracat ve gümrükleme işlemlerinin takibini yapmak,
• E-Fatura / E-Defter süreçlerini yürütmek, aylık berat yüklemesini yapmak
